Pistachio Cupcakes! (7 WW Freestyle SmartPoints)

This recipe came to me while I was shopping with my daughter. We stopped at a cupcake café and the pistachio one was calling my name. I knew it had to have over 1000 calories and just couldn’t go for it. Here’s my version–it’s so decadent and happens to look just like the one we saw in the café.
